Wire and Cable Assembly

Ember Industries is a UL listed wire and cable assembly facility. We provide complete cutting, stripping, assembly and testing of simple to complex wiring harnesses and cable assemblies. Utilizing our extensive documentation procedures in the cable and wire area, we can ensure the same high quality products as in our PCA process. Our wire and cable capabilities include:

• Automated measuring, cutting and stripping of wires from 32 to 12 gauge wires
• Automated crimping of contacts and terminals to insure high quality
• Automated testing of harnesses and cable assemblies
